All Pre-National Show food must be ordered and paid for by 10th July 2025 to allow the caterers to prepare.
Payment for food will be accepted via Bank Transfer or Paypal Friends & Family payment, so as not to incur you or us any additional costs
Once your order is received, Steph will contact you to enable payment to be made. You will then collect a Food Token from Penny Oliver or Paula on party night, which you will be able to exchange for your chosen food.
Once food is ordered it cannot be cancelled for obvious reasons
